Susan Boccardi

Susan Boccardi has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Susan is currently the Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Clarion Partners LLC, where they oversee legal and compliance functions and advises senior management on various regulatory and strategic issues. Prior to joining Clarion Partners, they worked at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management as the Global Head of Legal for WM Managed Investments. In this role, they provided legal advice to internal clients and was a member of the senior management team. Before that, Susan held various roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, including Executive Director of Legal & Compliance. Susan also worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as Counsel, where they counseled clients on investment company and investment adviser issues.

Susan Boccardi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Georgetown University, with honors, from the years 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law, again with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center, from 1989 to 1992.
