Ann Vogan

Ann Vogan currently serves as an Intake Counselor at Clarion Psychiatric Center since August 2022, contributing clinical expertise in mental health. With extensive experience as a Child Care Health Consultant at AGV Consulting & Training since October 2003, Ann provides technical assistance in health, safety, nutrition, and medication administration primarily for the childcare community in Western Pennsylvania. Previous roles include working as a Nurse at Maxim Healthcare Staffing, a Residential Program Clinical Coordinator at Easter Seals of Western and Central Pennsylvania, and serving in various nursing and educational capacities at Riverview Intermediate Unit #6, eKidzCare, and the Girl Scouts of Western PA. Ann holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Rehabilitative Sciences from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Child Care Health Consultant Trainer.
