Mark Stevens

Mark Stevens is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since 2008, Mark has served as CFO/VPO at Clarion Safety Systems, LLC, a multi-million dollar manufacturer of code compliant visual safety systems, where multiple promotions have highlighted leadership abilities. Prior to Clarion, Mark held the position of Corporate Controller at Durasol Systems LLC, contributing to a team focused on returning the company to profitability within a $2 billion equity-owned portfolio. Mark's experience also includes serving as Director of Finance at ULTRAFLEX SYSTEMS, INC., where responsibilities encompassed all accounting, finance, purchasing, and tax functions, along with earlier roles as Division Controller at C&D Technologies and Director of Finance at Cendant. Mark holds a degree from Lehigh University College of Business, earned between 1983 and 1987.
