Randy Searcy serves as the Technical Manager at Clarion Technologies, Inc., a position attained through recent promotion in June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing new challenges and leading the tooling group. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Tooling Manager at Clarion, coordinating tooling preventative maintenance and repairs while managing inspections of both existing and new tools. At Plastic Omnium from November 2012 to June 2019, Randy worked as the Tooling Tech Team Lead, focusing on coordinating tool repairs and preventative maintenance schedules. Randy began a career in tooling as a Tool & Die Specialist at United Tool & Mold Inc. from January 2006 to November 2012.
