Hilary Duffus

Hilary Duffus is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems and data management. Currently serving as the HR Data and System Manager at Clarion Housing Group since February 2019, Hilary provides sole support for system administration and development, as well as reporting and external surveys. Previous roles include HR Systems Manager at the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Co. and HR Systems and MI Analyst at East Thames Group. Hilary has also worked as an HR System & MI Advisor at The Hyde Group and gained initial experience as an HR Assistant at Chesterton Humberts and Walsingham. Hilary holds a BA in Ancient History from the University of Wales, Lampeter.
