Rebecca Oakes

Rebecca Oakes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and change management within the housing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager (BI) at Clarion Housing Group since April 2017, Rebecca has been instrumental in ERP delivery and has previously held roles such as Project Manager and Change Project Manager. Prior to Clarion, Rebecca worked at Circle Housing, managing large-scale transformation initiatives including CRM implementation and office relocations. Additional experience includes teaching roles in various educational institutions, with a foundation in sociology and primary education from the University of Canterbury and the NZ Graduate School of Education. Rebecca is also enhancing professional skills through ongoing education at The Innovation Zone.
