Shani Denham

Shani Denham is a seasoned professional in the housing sector, currently serving as the Director of Surveying and Quality Assurance and Head of Repairs at Clarion Housing Group since March 2017. Prior to this role, Shani held various positions at Peabody from August 2008 to March 2017, including Head of Maintenance and Building Maintenance Manager, overseeing responsive and voids maintenance contracts as well as specialist work.
