Daniel Berino

Daniel Berino is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for LATAM at Clarios since July 2017, Daniel has previously held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Director of Talent Management for North America and Latin America. Daniel's expertise encompasses strategic talent review, succession planning, employee satisfaction, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at CHRISTUS Health and Pulso Vital Consulting Group, contributing to programs focused on leadership development and employee engagement. Daniel holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Business Administration and Management from IPADE Business School.
