David Patel

David Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced low voltage systems and engineering within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Advanced Low Voltage Systems at Clarios since May 2019, David previously held multiple engineering leadership roles at Johnson Controls from August 2007 to May 2019, including Vice President of Engineering, Core Design, and Global Director of Hybrid Systems Engineering. David's career began at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included overseeing high voltage battery operations for hybrid vehicles from June 1995 to August 2007. Academically, David holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
