Eduardo Espinosa

Eduardo Espinosa currently serves as the Global Total Rewards Manager at Clarios, a position held since May 2023, overseeing total rewards global processes, executive compensation, and global mobility. Prior to this role, Eduardo managed the Total Rewards function in Latin America and served as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst. With a rich background as an Independent HR Consultant focusing on Total Rewards and International Mobility from 2012 to 2020, Eduardo has also contributed to compensation strategies at British American Tobacco and provided consulting services at Citrofrut S.A. de C.V. and Metalsa, among others.
