Joanne Sipin

Joanne Sipin currently serves as the Sr Manager for HR, EH&S, and Indirect Procurement Applications at Clarios, a position held since June 2019, following a managerial role in HR Applications. Prior to Clarios, Joanne worked at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP from May 2006 to June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the HRIS and Operations as Director and managing the HR Shared Service Center. Key achievements include the implementation of multiple HR systems such as Ultimate Software (UltiPro), Silkroad, and Workday. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations and a BA in Economics, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
