Kirk Kulas

Kirk Kulas, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Tax Manager at Clarios since August 2021, overseeing domestic tax matters, including federal/state provision, compliance, controversy, and planning support. Prior to this, Kirk held the position of Senior Tax Manager, Tax Planning- Americas at Adient from October 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing tax planning projects and the ASC 740 income tax provision processes for entities in Mexico and Brazil. Kirk’s experience includes roles at Johnson Controls as Tax Manager- Corp. International Taxes, Grant Thornton LLP as Tax Manager, and Deloitte in various tax management positions. Educational background consists of a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
