Le Chen

Le Chen serves as General Counsel for Asia Pacific at Clarios since April 2019, having previously held the role of Deputy General Counsel in the same region. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Director for Power Solutions China at Johnson Controls, where Le Chen was part of the management team and managed various legal functions. Additionally, tenure at Johnson Controls included a role as Senior Group Counsel managing legal matters for Operations and Procurement, among others. Earlier roles include Legal Counsel for Texas Instruments, supporting operations across Asia, and Senior Legal Counsel for Timken, focusing on compliance and joint ventures in multiple Asian markets. Le Chen's career began at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities spanned legal counsel for both chemical and pharmaceutical sectors in China, including support for M&A and IP matters. Le Chen obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
