Jacob Brown is a seasoned Product Marketing Manager currently with Claris, an Apple company, since October 2023 and has been with Apple since December 2009, where Jacob has held various leadership roles. As a founding member of the Data Management Office, Jacob has focused on leveraging sales data to enhance business clarity and decision-making. Previous roles include creating strategic technology solutions for retail environments, reorganizing support teams, and managing a global technology operations strategy. Jacob also has a background in professional services, having completed numerous engagements for diverse clients, and possesses experience in training and technical support. Jacob holds a Professional Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology from Unitek College, with additional education from American University and Stanford University.
