Katy Mason

Katy Mason has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Katy started their career as an intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2017 and later became a Management Trainee. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Assistant Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual. In 2020, they joined Community Health Systems as a Key Talent Recruiter. Katy then moved to IQTalent Partners, Inc. in 2021, where they worked as a Recruiter/Engagement Leader. In 2022, they transitioned to Tend as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ClarisHealth, starting in 2023.
