Jan Rixgens

Jan Rixgens is the current Chief Of Staff to the CEO at Clarisights. Prior to this, Jan was with Airbnb for two years, from July 2018 to June 2020, where they held the position of Program Manager. In this role, Jan was responsible for collaborating with international teams to drive the local strategic planning process for the DACH, CEE, and Russia territories (25 countries), tracking KPIs, business growth, and other key metrics to identify trends and driving new business opportunities. Prior to their time at Airbnb, Jan was an Advisor at Founders Club from December 2015 to December 2017 and an Intern Business Development at World Fashion Team 2000 from September 2014 to October 2014. Jan's first professional role was as a Student Project Assistant at Crown Fine Art from May 2013 to July 2016.

Jan Rixgens received a Master of Science in Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Jan also completed an exchange semester in International Business at National Chengchi University.

Jan Rixgens reports to Arun Srinivasan, CEO. They are on a team with Ashu Pachauri - Chief Technology Officer, Runa Phukan - Global Head of Talent, and Santtu Koivumäki - VP of Customer Success.
