Eliza Albert

Eliza Albert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eliza started their career at Nielsen in 2005 as a Mapping Analyst, where they created demographic and business maps for clients. Eliza then moved on to become a Production Analyst in the Direct Marketing Services department, where they set up direct marketing/telemarketing lists for clients, developed special processes, and trained other employees. In 2012, Eliza took on the role of Project Consultant, acting as a liaison between the sales and production departments to deliver custom solutions to clients. Eliza then became a Product Lead in 2016, combining project management and product management to support products and answer client questions.

In 2017, Eliza joined Claritas as a Product Manager, and was responsible for managing updates to products and supporting product questions. In 2018, they became a Senior Release Manager, leading a small team in preparing data products for release by creating metadata and supporting documentation. Eliza's most recent role at Claritas is Senior Product Manager, which they have been in since 2019.

Eliza Albert obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in New Media Design and Imaging from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Eliza also obtained certifications in "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016 and "Microsoft® Project 2013 Essential Training" from Lynda.com in March 2016.
