Joey Owens-Barham

Joey Owens-Barham, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Claritas Rx, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Joey was the Head of HR and Director of Talent & Culture at FormAssembly from May 2019 to March 2024, contributing to the development of web forms and workflows across various industries. Experience includes senior HR roles at Elite SEM and Email Aptitude, where Joey played a pivotal role in expanding workforce size and fostering a dynamic remote work environment. Prior to these positions, Joey held generalist and management roles at GSN (TV & Games), PennyPop, Glu Mobile, and the Judicial Council of California, beginning a career in HR at the Academy of Art University. Joey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Puget Sound.
