Polly Washabaugh

Polly Washabaugh has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Polly started their career in 2013 as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History. In 2014, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History and participated in the University of Oregon Field School as a Rimrock Draw Rockshelter intern.

In 2015, Polly served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Michigan Laboratory of Molecular Anthropology and also worked as a Museum Intern for Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) at the University of Michigan Museum of Anthropological Archaeology.

In 2016, they interned as a Product Management Intern at goBalto, Inc. and then joined TenantBase in 2017 as an Associate Product Manager.

From 2017 to 2021, Polly worked at Biome Analytics, starting as a Clinical Performance Analyst and then becoming a Manager in Data Services. Later, they took on the role of Solutions Manager.

Currently, Polly is employed by Claritas Rx, where they started in 2021. Polly has held the positions of Senior Solutions Analyst and is currently working as a Customer Success Manager.

Polly Washabaugh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in EEOC Diversity Manager from EEOC in June 2018, and Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer (CHCO) from AIHC in April 2018.
