Ruth Woolmer

Ruth Woolmer is a seasoned tax executive and the founder of REW Services, established in January 2022 to address the needs of tax leaders seeking practical insights and expertise. With over 20 years of experience in international tax and M&A tax, Ruth has held prominent roles including Senior Vice President and Global Head of Tax at GIC, and Director of Finance at CPP Investments. Additionally, Ruth has served in leadership positions at Deloitte LLP and Ernst and Young LLP, specializing in international tax. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Physics from The University of Manchester, as well as Chartered Institute of Taxation and ICAEW qualifications. Currently, Ruth also acts as an advisor and consultant for Claritas Tax.
