Kyle Tilley

Kyle Tilley is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and IT industries. Currently serving as President and CEO of Clariti Solutions since January 2023, Tilley leads the organization in providing innovative solutions for change management and technology adoption. As the founder and President/CEO of FĒNEX Healthcare Consulting since October 2015, Tilley oversees a national provider of healthcare IT services, emphasizing operational excellence and client satisfaction across various systems including Cerner and Epic. Tilley's prior roles include co-founding Morgan Hunter Healthcare, acting as I.T. Business Unit Vice President at Kforce, and managing IT operations at Source Services, JC Penney, and MicroAge. Tilley holds a BS in Business Management from Emporia State University and previously studied at The University of Kansas.
