Lauren Lamprecht

Lauren Lamprecht is a dedicated Human Resources professional with diverse experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Clarity Benefit Solutions since March 2022, Lauren contributes to recruiting and learning and development initiatives within a growing third-party benefits administration firm. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Kean University, where Lauren supported recruitment efforts for multiple campuses, and an internship in Training & Development at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included developing training programs across the Americas.
