Clinton Shaddy is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Clarity Consultants since February 2018. Prior to this role, Clinton held various positions at Walmart, including Training Manager for Responsible Sourcing, where responsibilities included developing training solutions for buyers and suppliers, and Project Manager on the Innovations Team. Clinton has also served as a Senior Instructional Designer focused on Talent Development and as an Instructional Designer for the Asset Protection and Food team, creating blended learning training materials for associates. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles, where Clinton contributed to planning, supervising, and evaluating store operations. Clinton Shaddy earned a degree from Pittsburg State University between 1989 and 1994 and attended Labette Community College.
