Jim McCune

Jim McCune has over three decades of experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as an Instructional Design/Learning Systems Specialist at Clarity Consultants since August 2011. Responsibilities include developing learning objectives and designing blended learning solutions for technicians at a major US automaker. Additional consulting work for various SMBs has been undertaken since August 2009, focusing on technical training and learning management systems. Prior roles include Technical Training/Quality Systems Coordinator at NOVA Chemicals, where all phases of site training processes were coordinated, and Training/Organizational Development Consultant at IMAX, Inc., providing skills training and organizational workshops. Jim's career began as a Training/Management Systems Consultant at General Electric, where multimedia training modules were created. Academic credentials include a BA in English and Education from Westminster College and preparatory studies at the Community College of Beaver County.
