David's tenure at IBM included roles as Senior Physical Security Architect and Physical Security Architect, focusing on high-profile projects such as the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Landry’s Golden Nugget Casino. With a decade of experience at the Chicago Police Department, David excelled as Mobile Enterprise Managing Architect and Program Manager, developing significant security policies and technologies like the Automatic License Plate Reader system. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from Western Illinois University.
