Bronwyn'smost recent position was as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Clarity Pharmaceuticals from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Clintec (An IQVIA Company) as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Operations Line Manager from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and ensuring the quality management of clinical trials.
Before Clintec, Bronwyn worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at ClinTec International, where they focused on study start-up activities and achieved significant reductions in start-up times for responsible studies. Bronwyn also worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at PRA International, where they managed a team and supported HR functions related to hiring and retention of staff.

Bronwyn Williams pursued their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Drug Evaluation and Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Melbourne. Bronwyn attended this program from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Cell Pathology and Biochemistry at the University of Sydney, which they attended from 1980 to 1983.
