Bronwyn Williams

Bronwyn Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and management. Bronwyn has held various roles in different companies over the years.

Bronwyn'smost recent position was as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Clarity Pharmaceuticals from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Clintec (An IQVIA Company) as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Operations Line Manager from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and ensuring the quality management of clinical trials.

Before Clintec, Bronwyn worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at ClinTec International, where they focused on study start-up activities and achieved significant reductions in start-up times for responsible studies. Bronwyn also worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at PRA International, where they managed a team and supported HR functions related to hiring and retention of staff.

Bronwyn's experience also includes working as a Clinical Operations Manager at Biotron Limited, where they project managed phase I and II clinical trials and diversified their role to include developing SOPs and medical writing. Additionally, they were a Clinical Operations Manager at CBio Limited, where they managed multiple phase I and II clinical trials and co-authored a publication in The Lancet.

Earlier in their career, Bronwyn worked as a Global Trial Manager at Johnson and Johnson Research Pty Limited, where they managed a complex gene therapy trial. Bronwyn also worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Knoll Australia Pty Limited/ Abbott Australasia Pty Limited, where they built and managed the Australian Clinical Trials Department.

Bronwyn began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Australia Pty Limited and Merck, Sharp and Dohme Australia Pty Ltd.

Throughout their career, Bronwyn has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and team management skills. Bronwyn has a proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials and contributing to the development of pharmaceutical products.

Bronwyn Williams pursued their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Drug Evaluation and Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Melbourne. Bronwyn attended this program from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Cell Pathology and Biochemistry at the University of Sydney, which they attended from 1980 to 1983.
