Beth Gupta

Beth jumped straight into the world of recruiting in 2004, right after graduating from the University of Alabama. She’s been in the industry ever since and loves that working with a huge range of candidates and clients keeps things interesting and makes each day different. In 2009, she moved to NYC and jumped at the chance to join the team at Clarity – she loved the dynamic culture, the team, and the opportunity that came along with it. Her path began as an Account Executive in the permanent placement division, which grew into the role of Division Manager. While her road eventually returned her to the South, Beth has remained an integral part of Team Clarity, in both NYC and in Atlanta.

Beth is now spearheading Clarity’s growth into the greater ATL area and is driving new business development efforts down there. In 2020, Beth was named Team Lead of the growing Atlanta Division. In this role, Beth remains on the front-lines of recruitment, while she simultaneously keeps a pulse on the expansive ATL job market.
