Sarah E. Soderman (Couture)

Sarah E. (Couture) Soderman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles.

Sarah E. started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as an Audit Senior, where they gained experience in planning, supervising, and performing financial statement audits for clients in several industries.

Sarah E. then joined Northeast Utilities as an Accounting Supervisor, where they worked for five years before moving on to FirstLight Power Resources as an Accounting Manager.

Afterwards, they joined The Stanley Works as an Accounting Manager for a brief period before joining EquiPower Resources Corp. as a Controller. At EquiPower Resources Corp., they were later promoted to Vice President and Controller.

In 2015, Sarah joined Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. as a Controller before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Sarah E. subsequently became the Chief Accounting Officer before assuming their current role as Chief of Business Planning & Performance Management in March 2022.
