Ron Halversen

Ron Halversen has over 30 years of work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Ron started their career as an IT Manager at WordPerfect from 1990 to 1994. Ron then moved on to Novell, Inc. where they served as a DE Engineer and Training Director from 1994 to 1998. After that, they joined Altiris as the VP of Product Delivery, overseeing a team of 160 developers and responsible for product design, UI, reports, and installation. Ron worked at Altiris from 1998 to 2005. From 2006 to 2010, Halversen served as the VP of Marketing at TriActive, Inc. and then moved on to become the Director of Marketing at Pervasive Software from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are working as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Clarity Ventures, Inc., where they are responsible for sales strategy, marketing activities, and client projects.

Ron Halversen earned an Associate's degree in Design Engineering and Japanese from Brigham Young University in the years 1986-1989. Ron then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of Phoenix from 1990-1993. Later, they obtained an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix in the year 2006-2007. Ron also holds various certifications, including WordPerfect Informs from WordPerfect and several certifications from Novell and Microsoft, such as Novell CNA - GroupWise and Microsoft MCP - Windows NT Administration.
