Previously, at Lincoln Financial Group, significant contributions were made as Vice President of Corporate Development & Planning, transforming the strategic planning process to enhance organizational focus. Emmanuel's early career involved various strategic and planning roles at MassMutual Financial Group and Prudential Financial, where innovative strategies were developed to support business growth. Emmanuel's educational background includes a PhD in Economic History from EHESS, along with fellowship and scholar positions at Harvard University and Rutgers University, respectively.
