Meni Toboul

Meni Toboul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and data management. Currently serving as the Private Cloud Operation Senior Director at Clarivate since January 2023, Meni previously held multiple leadership positions at Ex Libris from September 2009 to February 2023, including Cloud Operations Senior Director, where responsibilities encompassed the management of global data center operations, hardware and software operations, and cost control. Meni also contributed as a Data Operations Manager, overseeing big data operations and managing teams focused on publisher relations, content analysis, loading, and customer support, as well as earlier roles as Installation Team Leader and Installation Engineer. Meni holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from Hadassah College, Jerusalem.
