With over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, Reanna M. is a founding member of the Customer Success team, focusing on a "Customer First" methodology to enhance client relationships and drive company success. Prior roles include responsibility as Global Head of Customer Success for Consumer, Manufacturing & Technology, and Regional Director of Customer Success for North America at Chief. Previously, Reanna M. worked at CPA Global from October 2012 to December 2020, leading the North American Customer Success team and managing strategic customer accounts. Education was completed at George Mason University.
