Rob Haslam

Rob Haslam is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at Clarivate since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading strategies for business process enhancement and overseeing cross-team initiatives. Prior to this role, Rob held several key positions at CPA Global, including Director of Intellectual Property & Software Support and Global Head of IP Lifecycle Management - Software Support from June 2008 to April 2021. Rob also gained extensive experience at Nielsen Company as a Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Consultant from June 1994 to September 2007. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computing, Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
