Sandeep Kumar Tripathy

Sandeep Kumar Tripathy is an experienced professional with a robust background in order management, billing, and accounts receivable. Currently serving as the Lead Order Management & Billing Specialist at Clarivate since October 2020, Sandeep is responsible for reviewing team billing activities and ensuring timely delivery of invoices. Previously, Sandeep held managerial roles at CPA Global where oversight of a 15-member team in Order-to-Cash functions and direction of global billing services were key responsibilities. Sandeep also has experience as a Team Leader at CPA Global, supervising the Client Service Centre and resolving E-Billing issues. Earlier career stages include holding specialist roles at EXL, where mentoring and team management were prominent. Sandeep holds an M.Com. from Indira Gandhi National Open University and additional qualifications in Business Administration and Geology.
