Terry Dougan

Terry Dougan is a seasoned professional in product delivery and operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product Operations for the Intellectual Property Group at Clarivate since January 2021. With experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance analytics, Terry has successfully led product operations and governance throughout a career spanning multiple organizations, including CPA Global and Clarivate Analytics. Previous roles include Director of Technology, managing large global teams, and Program Director at Thomson Reuters, where Terry oversaw technology project management for innovation and asset management. Terry's foundational experience includes consulting at Accenture and systems engineering at Procter & Gamble. Educationally, Terry holds a B.S. in Systems & Control Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
