Adam Felty

Adam Felty is a seasoned professional in construction and real estate development with extensive experience managing real estate investment properties in the greater central Pennsylvania area. Currently serving as the Director of Construction and Real Estate Development and previously as Facilities Project Manager at Clark Associates since May 2014, Adam has a strong background in overseeing capital improvement projects, real estate acquisition, and implementing systems and procedures. Prior to this, Adam held the position of Vice President at Capitol Contracting Group from June 2006 to 2017, and managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial real estate at Keystone Human Services from October 2007 to May 2014. Adam's career also includes military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from June 2002 to June 2006, where significant contributions were made during operations in Iraq. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Elizabethtown College.
