Afton Howard

Afton Howard has a diverse background in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Trainer and Frontline Supervisor at Alaska Airlines since August 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing station operations and leading Customer Service Agents to ensure compliance and excellent passenger service standards. Additionally, Afton is involved in the Airgroup Black Employees, Allies and Advocates (ABEA) Business Resource Group, promoting the advancement of black employees. Afton also serves as Substitute Support Staff at the Clark County School District, with experience as a Recording Secretary for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. Previous work includes a Merchandiser position at Levi Strauss & Co. Afton holds a High School Diploma from George Washington Preparatory High School and has pursued further education at the College of Southern Nevada and California State University, Northridge.
