Dr. Karen Marentic

Dr. Karen Marentic currently serves as Principal at Clark County School District since July 2021, following a role as Assistant Principal from April 2018 to July 2021. Prior to this, Dr. Marentic worked as a Specialist within the district from August 2000 to March 2018, contributing to various elementary schools. In addition to educational leadership, Dr. Marentic has a background in performing arts, having held the position of Acro and Dancer Line Captain at Folies Bergere from November 1993 to March 2009. Dr. Marentic holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix and has multiple certifications and degrees related to educational administration and curriculum, including recent endorsements in social, emotional, and behavioral wellness from Drexel University.
