Kelly Cannon

Kelly Cannon is an accomplished Learning Strategist and Literacy Specialist currently serving Douglas County School District - NV since February 2024, with prior experience at Clark County School District since August 2019. Kelly has also contributed as the Founder of Gravitas Leadership Coaching, LLC from May 2019 to November 2024, and worked as a Licensed Realtor at Manasota Key Realty from September 2017 to September 2019. Previously, Kelly was an Educator at Sarasota County Schools from August 2016 to September 2019, and an Education Professional at Clark County School District from August 2004 to June 2016, focusing on K-8 education and serving as a liaison for various committees. Kelly's early career included a role as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals from September 1997 to August 2004. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Reading and Literacy from Walden University and has received training in key educational frameworks and practices.
