Stephen Mislan, PhD, has an extensive background in legal administration and military service. From June 1996 to November 2002, Stephen served in the US Army as a Paralegal Specialist and later as a JAG Corps Warrant Officer/Senior Legal Administrator. Following military service, Stephen worked at Clark County from August 2017 to June 2021, holding positions as Senior Legal Office Specialist and Legal Office Services Supervisor. Stephen's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in American Military History from American Military University, a Juris Master from Liberty University, an Aerospace Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Doctor of Philosophy in History from Liberty University. Additionally, Stephen is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in American Legal Studies at Liberty University and holds an Associate of Science in Mathematics from El Paso Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College, and initial engineering studies at Daytona State College.
