Ryan also gained practical experience through a summer internship with the Rhode Island State Government, focusing on policy proposals related to recidivism. With a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College and currently pursuing a J.D. at Boston University School of Law, Ryan Bayne combines legal expertise with a commitment to research and policy analysis.
