Javier Sánchez has worked in the engineering and production field since 2008. Javier began their career at Starkey De Mexico Sa De Cv as a Modeling Design Technician, where they designed hearing aids through software and modeled pieces of basic knowledge about ergonomics, insertion, and retention of the product. In 2011, they joined Clark Fixture Technologies as a Design Engineer and Project Engineer, and eventually became the Production Manager. In this role, they led production processes, managed personnel (around 15 members), and defined KPI's. In 2014, they began working at Grupo Bocar as a Tooling Engineer, where they were responsible for design review with mold manufacturers, project management and review of prototype parts, and modification of engineering changes.
Javier Sánchez obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Universidad del Valle de México in 2011.
