Donald R. Fountain Jr.

Donald R. Fountain Jr. is currently the Managing Partner at Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather & Littky-Rubin, a position he has held since September 2010. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Fountain & Williams from May 1988 to September 2010. Donald obtained his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Stetson University in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Finance from Florida State University in 1985. He is well-known for his successful work in products liability cases, including a significant victory involving Chrysler's 15-passenger vans.
