Marty Duggan is a CLU who has worked as a Life Insurance and Retirement Planner at Clark Insurance since January 1997. Prior to that, Marty was a Neighborhood Office Agent at Allstate from October 1987 to January 1997 when Allstate was owned by Sears. Marty has also studied at Manchester Community College.
