Amy Sipes

Amy Sipes joined the ClarkLindsey team in February 2022 as Director of The Green House Homes. Currently, in this role, Amy coaches, directs, and monitors the quality of care and the quality of life of the residents in The Green House Homes.

Amy has vast experience working in health administration. She served as an administrator of another assisted living community, and most recently as a mental health supervisor at a rehabilitation facility. Her start in the healthcare field began in marketing. She is completing her degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Performance Development. Amy has a particular passion for conducting research on quality senior care and aging with happiness.
