Liz Waterstradt

Liz joined Clark-Lindsey in 2022, bringing with her a breadth of experience as a rehab director from a retirement community in Chicago.

From a young age, Illinois native, Liz has had a fervent interest in helping people reach their health and wellness goals. She was able to fulfill that dream when she became a certified occupational therapist assistant in 2009. Liz has worked across multiple settings throughout her career, helping people of all ages and backgrounds maximize their quality of life. Liz’s outreach has continued to grow as she now serves in a leadership role, guiding other helpers.

In her position at Clark-Lindsey, Liz facilitates interactions between therapy staff and other departments, coordinates care with residents and their families, and plans and schedules resident treatments. Through her work previously, Liz has acquired a number of skills that support patients in maintaining and improving their quality of life and independence.
