Derek Hansen

Derek Hansen is a skilled graphic designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design industry. Currently serving as an Associate Graphic Designer at Clark Art Institute since October 2021, Derek previously worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Yoga Alliance from June 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, Derek held the position of Senior Graphic Designer at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health from October 2001 to June 2020, where responsibilities included designing key publications, managing photo archives, and serving as an intermittent Art Director, earning the Employee of the Month title in March 2004. Earlier in Derek's career, as an Associate Art Director at Vegetarian Times from November 1997 to October 2001, essential duties included designing editorial features and organizing photo shoots. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
