Zee Hill

As Director of Human Resources, Zee Hill is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, planning, administration, of the human resources function at Clark Nexsen. Her main focus areas include developing and implementing innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience, strengthening ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and foster employee engagement.

With more than 20 years of experience, Zee is most passionate about designing an employee experience that extends across the entire employee lifecycle. Her experience includes successfully spearheading the process improvement initiatives and building strong training and development programs that support employee growth and performance. She applies a consultative approach to coach and mentor employees to their full potential in the workplace.
