This team works closely with clients to understand and represent their brands effectively. Key roles include Business Development Representatives who identify new business opportunities, Customer Success Managers who ensure client satisfaction, and Outbound Sales Representatives who engage potential customers. Additionally, Appointment Setters facilitate crucial meetings, while Account Managers and Ecommerce Account Managers oversee ongoing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met. The team also includes Call Center Agents who handle customer inquiries and an Outsourced Sales Manager who oversees the sales strategies’ implementation.
