Joe Brown

Joe Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several high-level roles in management and operations. Joe is currently the Managing Director at Clark Schaefer Consulting. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Principal at Convex Consulting, bringing 20 years of operations experience to the firm. Joe has also held the position of Vice President of Operations & General Manager at Gravity Diagnostics and Vice President of Operations at both CTL Aerospace, Inc and Makino. In addition, Joe has held various leadership roles at companies such as Hill-Rom, Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, and GE Aviation, where they gained extensive experience in lean management, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Joe Brown earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, where they studied from 1996 to 2003. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Weekend Executive MBA, from 2007 to 2008.
